Special Issue on Wood and Wood Utilization

Wood is refers to a porous and fibrous structural tissue which can be found in trees and other woody plants. Wood has been an important material since humans used in construction and industrial applications. The sustainable development of wood utilization could be realized only by the protection and appropriate uses of forest resources.

 

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring wood and wood utilization. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Woody biomass
• Wood-based materials
• Paper industry
• Wood product manufacture
• Wood processing and utilization
• Wood structure and properties
• Wood preservation

 

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

 

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Wood and Wood Utilization” should be selected during your submission.
