Special Issue on Vitamins and Minerals

Vitamins and Minerals are Micronutrients which nourish your body and help keep you healthy. There is a fine line between getting enough of these nutrients (which is healthy) and getting too much (which can end up harming you).

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring vitamins and minerals. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Food sources
• Fat-soluble vitamin
• Water-soluble vitamins
• Characteristics and functions
• Deficiency disease
• Excessive intake and disease
• Vitamins and minerals in food processing and storage
• Health effects

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Vitamins and Minerals” should be selected during your submission.
