Special Issue on Transportation Planning and
Management
Transport is central to our way of life. It
is a vital aspect of local, national and global economic and business activity
and a growing field of professional employment. Transportation planning and
management is a multidisciplinary field. It adopts economic theories to assess
transport infrastructure, uses quantitative traffic principles to forecast
traffic conditions, and requires management skills for transport policy implementation.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring transportation planning and management.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
