Special Issue on Plant Hormones Research
Plant Hormones (also known as phytohormones) are chemicals that shape the plant, affecting seed growth, time of flowering, the sex of flowers, senescence of leaves, and fruits. They affect which tissues grow upward and which grow downward, leaf formation and stem growth, fruit development and ripening, plant longevity, and even plant death.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring plant hormones research. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Plant hormones and plant growth regulators
-
Abscisic acid
-
Auxins
-
Cytokinins
-
Ethylene
-
Gibberellins
-
Other known hormones
-
Hormones and plant propagation
-

-
Potential medical applications of plant hormones
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
