Special Issue on Heart Disease and Risk Factors

Heart disease refers to a range of conditions that affect the heart, which include coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, congenital heart defects, etc.. There are many risk factors for heart disease, some are controllable, others are not.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Heart Disease and Risk Factors. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Family history of heart disease
• High blood cholesterol
• High blood pressure
• Obesity
• Older age
• Physical inactivity
• Race
• Smoking
• Stress and anger
• Uncontrolled diabetes
• Unhealthy diet

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Heart Disease and Risk Factors” should be selected during your submission.
