Special
issue on Atherosclerosis
in Cardiovascular Disease
Cardiovascular Disease can be divided into acute and
chronic. The causes of cardiovascular disease are are diverse but generally
related to atherosclerosis. Additionally, with aging come a number of
physiological and morphological changes that alter cardiovascular function and
lead to subsequently increased risk of cardiovascular disease, even in healthy
asymptomatic individuals.
In this special
issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Atherosclerosis in
Cardiovascular Disease.
Authors should read
over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission, Prospective authors
should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Paper
Submission System.
