Special Issue on Epilepsy
Epilepsy is a brain disorder characterized by a tendency for recurrent seizures. The seizures involve abnormal electrical activity in the brain that causes an involuntary change in body movement or function, sensation, awareness, or behavior. Epilepsy has many possible causes, including serious brain trauma, stroke, tumors and problems in the brain as a result of a previous infection. In many cases, the cause is unknown.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Epilepsy. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Epilepsy” should be selected during your submission.
