Special Issue on Actinobacteria Research

 

Actinobacteria is a phylum of Gram-positive bacteria with high guanine and cytosine content in their DNA. The G+C content of Actinobacteria can be as high as 70%, though some may have a low G+C content. Actinobacteria is one of the dominant bacterial phyla and contains one of the largest of bacterial genera, Streptomyces.

 

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring actinobacteria. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Morphology and structure research
  • Growth and reproduction
  • Microbial physiology
  • Actinobacteria & Antibiotics
  • Industrial production and application

 

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.

 

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Actinobacteria Research” should be selected during your submission.
