Special Issue on Environmental Modelling
Environmental modelling is the process of using computer algorithms to predict the distribution of species in geographic space on the basis of a mathematical representation of their known distribution in environmental space. It Builds bridges between the scientific community's understanding of key environmental issues and the decision makers' need to influence relevant policies. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of environmental modelling.
In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore environmental modelling. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
The application of environment model
-
Land cover change analysis and prediction
-
Application of GIS in the environment research
-
Habitat impact analysis
-
Mathematical model of water environment
-
Environment system model
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Environmental Modelling” should be selected during your submission.
