Special Issue on Cereal
This special issue on “Cereal” will be focusing on the latest development in
plant sciences and technology. Cereals mainly refer to the gramineous crops
including buckwheat, sorghum, black rice, buckwheat, oats, barley rice, sorghum
and so on. Cereals are staple crops, and they are rich in vitamins, minerals,
carbohydrates, fats, oils, and protein. The goal of this special issue is to
provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to
promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of Cereal.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on
exploring cereal. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not
limited to:

Collection and evaluation of germplasm resources

Stress resistance

Breeding of cereal
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should
submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper
