Special Issue on Advances in Abortion
Abortion is the termination of pregnancy by the removal or expulsion from the uterus of
a fetus or embryo before viability. An abortion can occur spontaneously, in
which case it is often called a miscarriage, or it can be purposely induced. The legality, prevalence, cultural and religious
status of abortion may differ around the world. The debate of abortion, whether
it can be morally right to terminate a pregnancy before normal childbirth, also
exists for a long time. More attention has been put on this topic.
In
this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to
submit original researches and review articles on exploring abortion. Potential topics include, but
are not limited to:
-
Types of abortion
-
Causes of abortion
-
Incidence of abortion
-
Prevention of abortion
-
Methods of abortion
-
Safety of abortion
-
Ethics of abortion
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should
