Special Issue on
Advances in Separation and Purification Technology
Separation and Purification Technology plays an important role in chemistry and biochemistry and their optimal selection, design and operation to maximize product yields and improve overall process efficiency. It is research in equilibrium separations, affinity-based separations, membrane based separations, solid-liquid separations and hybrid/integrated reaction-separation systems. Separation and purification technology is necessary for upstream processes as well as in maximizing and improving product recovery in downstream processes. This special issue will be focused on studying different kinds of separation and purification technology and their applications.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring advances in separation and purification technology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Nanofiltration and microfiltration of solvents
-
Application in fuel purification
-
Application in biotechnology
-
Technology of separation and purification
-
Membrane separations
-
Ultrafiltration of proteins
-
Ion exchange techniques
-
Nanotube membranes
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Advances in Separation and Purification Technology” should be chosen during your submission.
