1- Arid Land Resource Development Based on Terrain  Analysis.

2- Environmental Hazards (i.e., Flash Floods, Landslides, and Gully erosion).

3- Engineering Geomorphological Survey and Mapping with Special Reference to the Application of Large Scale Geomorphological Mapping in Highway Engineering Design and Maintenance, and Evaluation of  Hillslope Stability Along Roads Corridors.

4- Geomorphological and Morphological Mapping Techniques (i.e the ITC System of Geomorphological Survey and Savigear Technique of Morphological Mapping).

5- Geomorphology of Drainage Basins, Watershed Management, and Applied Morhometric Analysis.

6- Soil Erosion Surveys(Field Measurements, Mapping, and Soil Loss Modeling using RUSLE Approach
