Mr. Stuart Govan, manager of IET Global Scientific Journals Distribution Office, and Ms. Zhao Lulu, head of IET China Office, visited Scientific Research Publishing branch office in Wuhan, Dec. 1, 2011. They had a tour of the branch office and had a discussion with the branch office managers about how to cooperate in terms of promoting scholars exchange and academic activities.
